The Women Affairs of Al-Mumtahinah Home Inc(AMH) provides





   1. Temporay shelter ( to homeless muslimahs and women with children)
   2. Emergency food program ( to the community at large)
   3. Resource information to each person individual needs
   4. We are a helping hand to everyone that has a need. we have more
   sisters/families in need of help that are not living in the home



everyones contributions  goes a long way to help those in need.



We are Nonprofit organization however we are not funded by any
organization., By the Mercy and Blessing of Allah and then the Ummah we have
been in operation for almost 4 years serving the community.

   - *150 gal. Heating Oil  **$499.71** ** Need assistance ASAP checked the
   level of oil and it is almost empty. *

Subject: PGMA Sisters Committee Sponsors a Sisters Aerobics class




Asalaamu alaikum can u please foward this via email.



PGMA Sisters Committee will be sponsoring an Aerobics class beginning in
March 2010 insha allah.  There will be a preview of the class and an
introduction of the instructor on February 2, 2010 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.



The excercise class will feature The Biggest Loser competitions, weekly
weigh-ins, and lectures on nutrition.  Come, meet new sisters and remember
Alalh while getting in shape!!



The class will be held at PGMA 9150 Lanham Severn Road, Lanham, Maryland
20706 from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.  Bring a mat or towel and tennis shoes.
The preview class will be free!
